INTRODUCTION
Purchase & Procurement Department Khyber College of Dentistry – MTI (KCD) is a complete solution to control day-to-day SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS. Complies with rules, regulations, and procurement principles with the guidelines of KP-PPRA, the management expects the highest level of fairness, transparency, integrity, economy, and effectiveness for all procurement activities along with timely availability of resources to fulfill the daily requirements.
These requirements include controlling and regulating the material flow while simultaneously assessing variables like demand, price, availability, quality, and delivery schedules. The Purchase & Procurement Department determines the amount of material required and held in stock, plans for the replenishment of these stocks, creates inventory levels for each type of item, and communicates information and requirements to procurement operations and the extended supply chain. The purchase & Procurement Department also involves assessing material quality to make sure it meets the demands in line with excellent patient care.
Our mission is to provide a smooth and uninterrupted supply of medicines, Dental Materials, and Allied items to KCD ultimately meeting the mission of KCD to provide outstanding Dental healthcare services to the community of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with full utilization of available resources in the highest standard of care services.
