GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION

Background & Objectives: The abstract must be written as a single, continuous paragraph without subheadings, indentation, tables, figures, bullets, or references. It should provide a concise and comprehensive summary of the study, clearly outlining the research problem, objectives, methodology, key results, and principal conclusions. The abstract should be single-spaced, typed in 11-point Times New Roman font.

Methods: The opening portion of the abstract should briefly state the problem or issue addressed and provide the rationale for conducting the study. This should be followed by a clear statement of the objectives and a concise description of the research design and methods employed. Citations and references must not be included in the abstract.

Results: Subsequently, the abstract should present the main findings or outcomes of the study. It should conclude with a brief statement highlighting the implications, significance, and contribution of the work to the relevant field or discipline. The abstract will form the primary basis for peer review and acceptance for paper presentation at the conference. Authors will be notified of acceptance via email. The abstract must adhere strictly to the word limit of 250–300 words

Conclusion: The abstract should be submitted in the format of MS Word (.doc or .docx) document. Keywords should be given leaving one-line space below this text.

Brief overview of the clinical scenario, its clinical relevance, and challenges in its management
CASE PRESENTATION:
Keep it precise and clinically focused
Patient history,  chief complaint, history of present illness, past medical and dental history, examination findings, investigations, diagnosis
INTERVENTION:
Treatment option/ intervention chosen
Rationale for chosen approach
Stepwise management
Interdisciplinary involvement if any
RESULTS/ OUTCOME
Describe the outcomes of the intervention
DISCUSSION
What is so unique about the case. Compare conventional treatments concisely with clinical implications and key learning points
CONCLUSION/TAKE-HOME MESSAGE:
Clear, relevant, evidence-based
